New shoes textures from HL: Alyx for male citizens & refugees See the screenshots for a comparison of the original models vs the new ones. I've made separate VPK files so you can get the models you like the most (for example if you only want to the female citizens, just get the vpk and the materials). I handpicked the best-looking humans from the mod, recolored and retextured the models to be more lore-friendly and made an NPC replacement. However, some colors didn't make sense to me such as the black citizen uniforms and the female purple bags.
